Philosophy of Care:
Choice Hospice's philosophy is to enhance the quality of life for the terminally ill and their families, accepting death as a natural part of life, neither hastening nor postponing it.

Taking advantage of hospice care isn’t giving up hope. Accepting hospice care only acknowledges that hospice treatment is about living the last months of life as fully as possible.

At Choice Hospice, we believe that every person has the right to live well in the final stage of life. We deliver holistic, team-based hospice care of exceptional quality to the Oklahoma City area. Our team works together to deliver care that eases the patient's physical pain, while embracing the patient and family's emotional needs.

Our nurses and other staff travel to the patient's current residence, whether it is an apartment, home, nursing home or assisted living facility, to provide the best in comfort care.

Locally owned and managed, Choice Hospice is committed to providing quality palliative care. We are active members of both the National Palliative Care Association and the Oklahoma Hospice and Palliative Care Association.
